Compliance committee

AOBF protects the distinctiveness of Bois-Franc by ensuring the compliance and maintenance of the requirements of the Architectural Servitude.

The Compliance Committee’s mandate is to evaluate the derogation requests and the property verification requests for pre-sale to make sure the requested changes, or changes previously made, meet the requirements of the Architectural Servitude.

The Compliance Committee consists of three Board members, whose meetings are led by the Outreach Officer for Administration and Architectural Servitude. The role this Officer consists in transmitting details and questions of the residents to the Committee.
